Today we’re looking at a flashlight I had no idea I needed, but I’m glad I got.

For the longest time I was looking for something compact enough that wasn’t too uncomfortable to carry around and that also has just enough power capacity so that I wouldn’t really need to be charging that often. One that was going to be good quality, but that also wasn’t going to break the bank. And I think I found one.
I’m talking about the HUSKY Rechargeable Flashlight which is a solid choice if you're looking for a versatile, rechargeable flashlight with some powerful brightness and that has multiple modes. And Here is why it might be worth considering:
The HUSKY Rechargeable Flashlight comes with 500 lumens of brightness.
And comes with 6 Modes: Turbo , High, Medium, Low, Eco, Strobe
Turbo Mode 1000 lumens, 30 seconds,
High Mode - 500 lumens, 1.5 hrs, illuminate 80 meters
Medium Mode - 250 lumens, 3 hrs, illuminate 60 meters
Low Mode - 100 lumens, 5 hrs, illuminate 50 meters
Eco Mode - 30 lumens, 15 hrs, illuminate 10 meters

In order to turn on the Turbo mode, all you do is Hold the power Button for 3 seconds in high mode to activate it.
This also has Memory Mode which will activate after a mode has been left on for 10 seconds. This is one of my favorite features, because I’ve lately been using it around the house, and I usually like to use it at the lowest level of 30 lumens. This helps, because when its really dark inside the house, I don’t want to blast this in full 500 lumens mode, otherwise I would be waking people up. I have it set at the lowest level of 30 lumens. I just like to go around the house to check the doors are locked and the windows are closed. I would normally use my phone, but using this flashlight is far more ergonomic and convenient than it is to use the phone.
You can also Twist the head to either spot or flood beam. This is convenient when you’re out taking a walk, so you can light up an entire area by twisting the head to the left to flood mode. Or if you want to focus the light on one spot, then you can narrow the visibility down with a twist of the head to the right to spot mode.

This also includes an integrated Battery Indicator in the Power Button: You get 4 levels
Green, Orange, Red, and Red Flashing. This way you’ll know when you need to get this charged up. So if you’re like me who likes taking evening walks, knowing how much juice you have on your battery is important. The last thing you want is to run out of battery and be left in the dark. This is a great feature to have, So you know that you definitely have to Charge the battery when red is flashing.
You also get a housing unit for a AA Alkaline Battery, in case of an emergency and you don’t have your rechargeable battery charged yet, or if the battery gave out on you already and won’t charge anymore, then in the meantime that you’re looking for a replacement, you can still use your flashlight with a AA Alkaline battery. AA Alkaline Battery is Not Included.

You also get a Dual Directional reversible belt clip which can be flipped to your liking.
This also includes a USB-C and USB-A adapter. Which is pretty cool, because you can use it with either type of adapter you may have. Whether it's a USB-C or USB-A.

In order to charge this flashlight, all you have to do is twist the bottom cap, and you will expose the USB-C port. Where the recommended input is 5V Max. Once charged, you can twist to hide the USB-C port once again, this way you avoid any debris falling into it.
This obviously Includes a Rechargeable battery, and if you ever need to replace it, you have the SKU# to find the correct battery that fits your flashlight.
The Dimensions for the flashlight are:
Height 4.4 in
Width 1.4 in
Depth 1.2 in
And weighs roughly around 4.1 oz, so it's not too heavy to carry around.

The price for this Flashlight is currently running for $22.97 at the time of making this blog in my area.
This also comes with a Lifetime Warranty, but this does not apply for the USB and the battery.
Now I like to take this with me when I go for an evening walk, and as you can see, this lights up the entire block, I can even light up the stop sign on the other end of the block without a problem.
So if you have some extremely dark areas in your neighborhood, then this flashlight can help you see better. Or you can take it with you hiking or camping as well and it’ll light up a camping area pretty well.
Now for $2 more I could’ve gotten the 1200 lumens flashlight, but bigger doesn’t necessarily mean better. You have to know what you’re going to be using it for. I think 1200 lumens wouldve been too much in my case, sure maybe you can set the memory on it at a lower level and still go longer without the need to charge it. But it wouldve been a little too uncomfortable to carry around in my evening walks. What I want is to carry something lightweight and not too bulky. So again, first figure out what you’ll be using it for, how often and how long you’ll need to have it on, then you can decide whether this is a good fit for you or not.
Here are a few takes I did on some trees, as well, you can see that this goes from pitch plack to fully illuminated. So definitely worth it in my opinion. Again I normally use it around the neighborhood and in my home and this has been a good addition, not only for the quality, but also the features it includes and for the price.
